At Printed Merch, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality promotional merchandise that meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our returns policy below:

Customised Products

Due to the bespoke nature of customised promotional merchandise (e.g., products printed or engraved with your company’s logo), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for custom items unless the product is faulty or has been printed incorrectly. We strongly encourage you to approve all proofs carefully before production begins.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty or damaged upon arrival, please make us aware of this as soon as possible. You will need to provide the following:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the fault or damage.
  • Photographic evidence of the issue.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange for appropriate compensation to match the value of the damage.

Late Delivery of Products

We aim to deliver your products within the estimated delivery time provided at the time of order. However, please note that all delivery times are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, there may be cases where delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Delays by couriers or shipping partners.
  • Customs clearance issues for international orders.
  • Unforeseen production delays.

If your order arrives later than expected, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. We understand the importance of timely delivery and will work with you to provide appropriate compensation where we feel it is justified. Compensation may include partial refunds, credit towards future orders, or expedited shipping for subsequent orders. However, compensation will be offered at our discretion based on the nature and impact of the delay.

Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong products or incorrect quantities, please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent out as soon as possible, or issue a refund if preferred. We may also request that incorrect items be returned, and we will cover any associated return postage costs.
